Baked avocado

Ingredients:

  • 4 avocados
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 2 packagings Vegini ragout
  • 100g BBQ sauce
  • 1 packaging Schlagfix mascarpone
  • salt, pepper

Directions:

    Chop the onions and the tomatoes into fine pieces and fry in a pot with hot olive oil.

    Add the mashed garlic clove, Vegini ragout, BBQ sauce, salt and pepper.

    Remove the pit from the avocados and scoop out the flesh to create space for stuffing.

    Stuff the avocados and spread them with mascarpone.

    Put in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 7 minutes.

    Take out of the oven and serve.
