  • Plant-based yoghurt 100g

Directions:

    Put all the ingredients in a bowl and sit over a pan of barely simmering water.

    Heat up and stir well until the mixture thickens of its own accord.

    Put the dense ice cream mixture in a freezer and let freeze.

    Whisk every half an hour until the texture is beautiful and creamy.

    Once your ice cream has achieved the desired creamy texture, garnish with fruit and serve.
