Tomato soup


  • 1 large onion
  • 400g fresh tomatoes
  • 5pcs dried tomatoes
  • 1.5L vegetable stock
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 100ml Schlagfix cream
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh basil

    Heat the oil and fry the onion chopped into small pieces. Add the tomatoes and the vegetable stock, season with salt.

    Cook for 15 minutes and then blend the mixture with a hand blender. Season with basil and freshly ground black pepper.

    Add 100 ml of the Schlagfix cream to lend a delicate flavour.
