  • 2 packagings Schlagfix mascarpone
  • 400g ladyfingers without animal ingredients
  • 6 spoons maple or rice syrup
  • almond natural extract
  • coffee natural extract
  • cocoa

    Put the Schlagfix creams in a bowl, mix with the maple or rice syrup, add both extracts and whisk into a smooth cream in a stand mixer or using a hand blender to avoid lumps.

    Put water, some coffee extract and some almond extract in a bowl and stir. Dip both sides of the ladyfingers into the mixture.

    Cover the bottom with the soaked ladyfingers. Pour the dipping mixture over the ladyfingers.

    Completely cover the ladyfingers with a layer of cream.

    Place another layer of the soaked ladyfingers on the cream and once again pour the dipping mixture over them.

    Place another layer of the cream over the ladyfingers.

    Finally, using a small strainer and a teaspoon, dust with lots of cocoa powder and let sit in the fridge for approximately 12 hours.
