Lunch Salad with Veggie pieces


For salad
  • Veggie pieces from SINEA 400g
  • Yellow bell pepper 100g
  • Green bell pepper 100g
  • Red bell pepper 100g 
  • Red onions 50g
  • Tomatoes 100g
  • Cucumber 100g
  • Lettuce 1 head
  • Soya sauce 50g
  • Pinch of chilli
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper    
  • Sunflower oil 50g
  • Vinegar 30g
  • Sugar 30g
  • Salt 5g
  • Water 200ml

    Fry Veggie pieces from SINEA in a pan with some sunflower oil until goldenadd salt, black pepper, a pinch of chilli and soya sauce

    Bring the vinegarsugar, salt and water to boilAllow to cool.

    Cut the yellowred and green bell peppers and the red onions into fine slices.

    Cut the cucumbers and tomatoes into cubesTear the washed head lettuce into pieces.

    Put the vegetables in a bowladd the vinaigrette and mix.

    Serve on a plate and garnish with Veggie pieces.
