Gourmet Paté sauce

Gourmet Paté sauce


  • 20g spring onions
  • 20ml oil
  • 100g Gourmet Paté (2 cans)
  • 200ml Schlagfix cream or another plant-based cream for cooking
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Herbs to taste

    Chop the spring onions into fine pieces and fry in pot with hot oil.

    Add Gourmet Patés and the plant-based cream (we recommend Schlagfix). Stir well until the sauce is nice and creamy.

    Add salt and pepper to taste. Add salt only after you have tasted the sauce. Gourmet Patés will deliciously flavour the sauce, so there is no need for strong seasoning.

    Serve with pasta and garnish with herbs.
