Buddha bowl with Veggie from sinea

Ingredients:

  • Sinea Veggie pieces, 400g
  • Yellow bell pepper 100g
  • Green bell pepper 100g
  • Dried rice noodles 75g
  • Red onions 50g
  • Pumpkin seeds 100g
  • Fresh coriander 20g
  • Soya sauce 50ml
  • Pinch of chilli
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Sunflower oil 50ml

Directions:

    Fry sinea Veggie pieces in a pan with some oil until golden, add salt, black pepper, a pinch of chilli and soya sauce.

    Cut the yellow and green bell peppers and the red onions into fine slices.

    Cook the rice noodles in salt water.

  • 4

    Roast the pumpkin seeds in a dry pan.

  • 5

    Put it all in a bowl, add fresh coriander and serve.
