Ingredients:
- Sinea Veggie pieces, 400g
- Yellow bell pepper 100g
- Green bell pepper 100g
- Dried rice noodles 75g
- Red onions 50g
- Pumpkin seeds 100g
- Fresh coriander 20g
- Soya sauce 50ml
- Pinch of chilli
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Sunflower oil 50ml
Directions:

Fry sinea Veggie pieces in a pan with some oil until golden, add salt, black pepper, a pinch of chilli and soya sauce.

Cut the yellow and green bell peppers and the red onions into fine slices.

Cook the rice noodles in salt water.

Roast the pumpkin seeds in a dry pan.

Put it all in a bowl, add fresh coriander and serve.
