easy to prepare
- 200g oat, millet or buckwheat flakes
- 400g water
- 50g Ethica Oat yoghurt
- 100g fruits (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)
- 30g Deanocciola nut butter (almonds, cashews, peanuts, etc.)
- 20g rice syrup
- Pinch of salt
Slowly cook the flakes, water and a pinch of salt, until the flakes turn tender.
When the pap is done, add the rice syrup and the nut butter to taste.
Add some Ethica Oat yoghurt to refine the taste and serve with your preferred fruit.
