Ingredients:
- 1 can Jacky F. jackfruit
- 100ml sweet chilli sauce
- 50ml BBQ sauce
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 100g celery sticks
- 1 spoon potato starch
- 400g rice
- 1 red onion
- 2 spoons vegetable oil
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 spoon soy sauce
- 1 stalk lemon grass
- handful fresh coriander
- salt
- ground black pepper

Drain the jackfruit and rinse with water. Cut into small cubes and place in a mixture of starch, sweet chilli, BBQ and soy sauces and spices. Let the jackfruit cubes soak in the marinade for at least an hour. Meanwhile, cook the rice in salted water.

Put the marinated jackfruit in a pan with hot oil and fry swiftly. Add the bell peppers, red onion and the celery sticks cut into thin strips and let stew for a little while.

Serve with the cooked rice and fresh coriander.
