1. sineafoods s.r.o., with its registered office at Karasek 1767/1 Brno, 621 00, Company ID no. 06579671, registered at the Brno Regional Court, Section C, file 102934, will process in the case of your enquiry after services—in the meaning of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinbefore and hereinafter as the “Regulation”)—the following personal data:
- First name and surname,
- Email address,
- Company name.
2. The first name and surname, email address and company name need to be processed in order to create an offer of services, negotiate such offer, or else to respond to your submitted enquiry. Such processing is permitted by Art. 6 Paragraph 1b) of the Regulation. These personal data will be processed by sineafoods s.r.o. for the duration of negotiating an agreement between you and sineafoods s.r.o., at most for a duration of 1 year from the time of your enquiry, unless you grant consent for further processing.
3. The processing of personal data shall be carried out by sineafoods s.r.o., i.e. the company shall be the administrator of personal data.
4. Pease bear in mind that, according to the Protection of Personal Data Act, you are entitled to:
- request information from us regarding what personal data of yours we are processing, and to ask for a copy of such data,
- ask us for an explanation with regards to the processing of personal data,
- demand access to such data and have them up-dated or corrected,
- ask us to delete such personal data; such deletion will result in termination of negotiations to enter an agreement and will only be carried out provided the interests of the joint administrators do not supersede your interest in privacy,
- in the case of doubts over compliance with obligations relating to the processing of personal data, contact us, the Office for Personal Data Protection, or take the matter to court.
Declaration on the use of cookies
What are cookies?
Cookies are short text files created by a web server and stored on your computer through your browser. When you come to the same website later, the browser will send the stored cookie back and the server will acquire all the information it stored on your computer. What types of cookies are there?

- Conversion – these help us evaluate the success rate of campaigns.
Why do we use cookies?
On our website we use the following cookies:
- Technical – first party, session cookies. These ensure the technical functionality of the website, i.e. logins, use of services etc.
- Google Tag Manager – this service is only used for managing measuring codes, it does not use any cookies itself and it does not record any data. Conditions of processing data by the Google Tag Manager service.

- Sklik – third party, persistent, remarketing and conversion cookies. Our website uses retargeting technology by Sklik, operated by Seznam.cz, a.s. This allows us to show advertisements in the advertising network operated by Seznam.cz, a.s. to visitors who have already expressed interest in our products. We do not place sensitive or personal data in cookies. We may place user ID in cookies, but it does not enable third parties to identify a specific person.

This website uses Google Analytics
This website uses the Google Analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (hereafter referred to as “Google”). The Google Analytics service uses cookie files. Information on the website use along with the contents of cookie files will be transferred by Google and stored on servers in the United States. Google will use this information to evaluate the website use and to create reports on its activity designated for the website operator, and to provide other services concerning the website activity and use of the internet as such. The Google Analytics service is expanded to include related advertising functions provided by Google, namely:

How to disable Google Analytics tracking
If you do not want to provide anonymous data on the website use to the Google Analytics service, you can use a plugin provided by Google. After installation to your browser and activation, your data will no longer be sent.
